Following on from Nadia Craddock’s episode last week, we wanted to share Leah’s story about her fifteen year journey from being hospitalised with anorexia to self love and acceptance. Leah dedicates her Instagram to uplifting messages of body positivity and as an outlet to share her experience. We skip our news and voice note segment to share Leah’s full story and get some advice to help others who may be struggling at this time!
