About Lori

Lori Oaks is the owner of Amaze Yourself Coaching and the co-author of Secrets Every Mompreneur Should Know.

When Lori was 17 years old, she planned her suicide.

She's in her 40's now and shares today how she created a system that keeps her in positive thoughts and good feelings, and how she teaches others to do the same.

From battling depression and suicidal thoughts to running multiple successful businesses and thriving in life, Lori has come full circle in her mental health battle while raising three children and being a wife. She has always been a teacher, first wanting to teach elementary school, but ended up teaching softball skills to youth at her batting cage/training facility. She has continued to coach at the youth and collegiate levels, but after completing her masters in psychology and creating the AMAZE Yourself System, has turned to teaching other moms and individuals how to deal with negative self-talk in order to feel better, reduce stress and overwhelm. She is a published author and also hosts in-person retreats centered around the AMAZE Yourself System.
