Episode 152: Mind Map

Episode 152: Mind Map

Welcome and happy Wednesday! Today's guest is John Diggs! John was born and raised in Pacoima, California, where he earned a scholarship to play football at Washington State University. He went on to play for five years in the NFL and CFL before officially retiring in 1995. After his sports career, he became an entrepreneur, building one of Southern California's top mortgage brokerages. However, everything changed for John in 2008 when the mortgage meltdown hit. He faced significant losses, including his business, home, and family, which forced him to rebuild his life from scratch. During this challenging time—while sleeping on his mom's couch—he stumbled upon a life-changing idea. He decided to use mind mapping to make sense of his extensive collection of books, motivational tapes, and journals that he had accumulated over the years.

John is a Mappineering Mentor and the creator of the I AM Mind Map System, a transformative approach to personal development that combines mind mapping with powerful self-discovery techniques. John Diggs is dedicated to helping people live and love their best lives by using their own unique blueprint for health, wealth, success and happiness. Through the power of Mappineering, John has guided individuals, from students and athletes to parents and professionals, in gaining clarity, building resilience, and achieving extraordinary results. You can find John's insta here and his website here. Enjoy!
