She co-hosts a podcast with her sister called the Biohacker Babes, all about nutrition, fitness, sleep, and the latest Biohacking topics. After many years of struggling with her own health issues, she learned that there isn’t a “one size fits all” approach to health optimization. This led to her passion to help clients achieve optimal health by crafting a personalized health plan to meet their bioindividual needs.
