I asked Matt to come back on the podcast so I could pick his brain about a couple of topics. The main topic was vision and mission statements by Police Departments. He dives into that and frankly chances my mind on the importance of those. We also dive into why departments allow people to quit, and also into the topic of criticism vs just talking shit. Those topics lead us into some good side conversations. This podcast had me thinking a little bit. I hope it helps anyone else who listens.
