Millions of student loan borrowers in default could soon see their wages garnished under the Trump administration's policies, and Americans who entered public service fields expecting loan forgiveness could see that promise broken. Investigators say they have identified human remains found near a group of murder victims on Gilgo Beach after partial remains were first discovered in 1997. Police say the remains may not be connected to Rex Heuermann, who has pleaded not guilty to killing seven women, six of whom were found near Gilgo Beach.
