Minnesota Judge Demands Racial Litmus Test for Plea Deals

A radical judge out of Minnesota requires prosecutors to consider racial identity when handing out plea deals. I’m Tomi Lahren, more next. Activist judges, especially in deep blue jurisdictions, have gone WILD! Here’s another example, Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty out of Minnesota not only declined to criminally prosecute the Tesla terrorist caught keying several Tesla vehicles.. But now she’s come up with this brain child Starting this week prosecutors in the county will be required to consider a defendant’s race when offering a plea deal. Yep, the policy directs prosecutors to consider the “whole person”-which I guess means race and age- as part of the overall picture because racial disparities harm the community and have a negative impact on safety. So basically this new requirement suggests certain racial groups should get better deals to ensure fairness...? Make that make sense! Not only does this directive sound incredibly racist, it may also be unconstitutional. Justice is SUPPOSED to be blind but this policy directs prosecutors to be anything but!
