Last week, we looked at the murder of 26 year old Jong-Ok Shin, who was walking home from a Bournemouth nightclub and just metres from the door of her home when she was attacked and she tragically died from her injuries. There were no witnesses to this crime.Shortly afterwards, local drug addict Omar Benguit was arrested and convicted of murder and over 20 years later he is still in prison. But was he guilty of this dreadful crime? He says no and many believe his conviction to be unsafe.
