A Drastically Different U.S. Southern Border

A Drastically Different U.S. Southern Border

Last night, President Trump touted his administration's first 100 days' accomplishments at a rally in Warren, Michigan. It was in Warren that the President continued to highlight his progress on securing the southern border, which was one of his most frequent campaign promises. President of the National Border Patrol Council, Paul Perez, joins to break down what they've seen so far in terms of border security and the administration's continued efforts to crack down on illegal immigration. President Trump and his administration have explained the goals of their tariffs are two-fold: first, to address U.S. trade imbalances, and second, to bring manufacturing back into America. The sweeping tariffs have caused some volatility in the market, but the President posted on social media that Americans must "hang tough," promising "the end result will be historic." U.S. Secretary of Labor Lori Chavez-DeRemer joins the podcast to discuss the Trump administration's efforts to grow the U.S. workforce, how reshoring manufacturing bolsters national security, and efforts to help supply American businesses with greater workforce numbers. Plus, commentary from FOX News Legal Analyst Gregg Jarrett. Photo Credit: AP Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
