VGK advances to the 2nd round after beating the Wild in 6 games

The Golden Knights fought off the Minnesota Wild 3-2 Thursday night to close out the best-of-seven series in six games. Jack Eichel and Mark Stone each had two points in the win and improved as the series went on.VGK got on the board early, at the 3:30 mark as Shea Theodore potted a goal to make it 1-0 Golden Knights. Ryan Hartman tied the game with a goal with only :04 remaining in the period. Eichel scored the only goal of the second period. Stone made the score 3-1 in the third, but Hartman had a quick answer.
