Ep 172: Shedding Sexual Shame and Enhancing Intimacy with Dr. Kristie Overstreet, Sex Therapist and Sexologist. Dr. Overstreet is also a psychotherapist, author, speaker, and podcast host at Fix Yourself First. She teaches people how to get emotional and physical intimacy; yes, she gets to talk about sex all day!

Dr. Kristie and I discussed shedding sexual shame to promote pleasure. We chatted about fantasies and how to share fantasies with your partner. She talked about how to enhance intimacy and the different kinds of intimacy. We discussed sexual boundaries, how to communicate those boundaries, and what happens when a partner crosses a boundary. She talked about the Dom/sub dynamic and relationship/lifestyle, and we also talked about how our libidos and sexual interests change over time, and how to navigate that. She also talked about the types of orgasms and the role of sex toys/ masturbation in relationships.
