Ep 293: How to Achieve True Intimacy for Sexual Fulfillment with Justin and Cresta Burt. Justin and Cresta are a married couple who run a coaching business for other couples called Intentional Marriage Coaching. They strive to coach couples to stop struggling with intimacy and communication, and reconnect with intention to finally live their "happily ever after".

In past relationships/marriages, they lacked intimacy and variety, so they now live a life of intimacy in and outside of the bedroom, and they enjoy a very free and healthy sex life. They wanted other couples to have what they have, so with a background in law enforcement and personal experiences under their belts, they set out to help others find what they now have together. They bring the bedroom out in public, bring their box of goodies/sex toys with them when they go out of town, and enjoy frequent fulfilling sex, the kind they both desire. They can discuss anything with each other and mutually decide what kinks and new sexual areas they want to venture into as a couple. But, this isn't just for married people, their advice and tips will help people of any relationship.

They emphasized the bedroom needs to be a safe place to talk about sexual things, a place that's safe emotionally and psychologically in addition to physically. They help others foster an environment where each partner can bring up all their "weird" kinks, desires, and wants. They talked about three kinds of sex: fucking, sex/duty sex, and lovemaking, and how all three can take place in one session. They shared tangible ideas for the bedroom, relating to each other intentionally, role play, and even situational examples, plus how important it is to act a certain way inside and outside the bedroom to create intimacy.
