Luigi Defense Fund Tops 1 Million

The man accused of murdering the United Healthcare CEO in cold blood now has a legal defense fund that tops 1 MILLION DOLLARS! What does this say about our society? I’m Tomi Lahren, more next. Pop culture has a weird and twisted fascination with assassination culture and there’s no better- or maybe worse- example than this latest OBSESSION with Luigi Mangione- the young man accused of murdering United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson in cold blood last December. Many Americans disgruntled with the healthcare and insurance system have raised him up as their martyr and hero. For them, he’s a symbol of justice. And sadly, those “fans” are putting their money where their mouth is. Mangione’s legal defense fund now tops a WHOPPING ONE MILLION DOLLARS. But not only that, Mangione has also inspired a sold-out musical in the Bay Area. The creators say the musical isn’t a celebration of Luigi but the theme and undertones are hard to dispute. And what does all of this say about our culture? You can have gripes with the healthcare system and those who run it, but to condone or glorify the MURDER of a husband and father is just plain SICK!
