Meg Martin - Mixed Doubles World Champion challenges you to push your limits!

Today’s episode will definitely get you thinking…. Am I capable of more?

Meg Martin is an incredible athlete and founder of @trainedtogosquad. Meg and her husband, Will, took the win in Nice 23/24 to become Mixed Doubles World Champions and they are hoping to defend their title in Chicago this season.

We talk about being ‘trained to go’ and this couldn’t be more apparent for Meg as she got invited to compete in ‘The Speed Project’ with Team Represent, a 540km foot relay race from LA to Las Vegas. With only a few weeks notice Meg was able to partake in an incredible challenge as she trains consistently to be ready for anything, a true ‘Hybrid’ athlete.

Meg also shares with us the importance of mindset and confidence, that running taught her some valuable lessons that could be applied to all aspects of life. “Every time you push past the point of wanting to stop, you are proving to yourself that you are capable of more.”

There is so much to take from this episode, it will for sure get you fired up and inspire you to push your limits!!
