Understanding Your Avoidance

Do you have big goals and dreams to help you live the life you want to live? Do you also have a sinking feeling in the pit of your stomach when you try to think about STARTING the changes you want to see in your life?OOOR do you see yourself thinking about starting these things and then your brain goes: Nu-huh. Not today...If your'e in one of those camps, lets talk about your avoidance issue. As always, the first step to addressing this is to actually understand what you're avoiding, and the actions you're taking when you're actively avoiding a task, a thing, or a person. Then: here's the magic sauce: What FEELINGS are you experiencing when you notice your avoidance behaviors? We dive into these things in this episode, and I give you the three most common emotions and actions that may cue you into your avoidance patterns, all so that you can take that first step: Know when you're avoiding.
