10: Loving your Journey Through Motherhood

Oftentimes, as moms, we lose sight of who we are. We step into motherhood and get wrapped up in providing for our children that we neglect our own interest. We forget the most important person is ourselves, and when we do think about ourselves it can oftentimes be in a negative light. Criticizing our bodies, comparing ourselves to other moms, feeling guilty when we do much-needed self-care.
