This episode will focus on negative self-talk, from a diet and non-diet perspective, and what to do if we catch ourselves engaging in it. Through our own personal stories and tools that we have learned, we will discuss how to shift that negative voice into a voice that is more loving and positive, helping us better ourselves and our lives.
