Nina Khaimova is an attorney with 10+ years of legal experience. She is licensed to practice in New York, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

Her main practice areas are: Real Estate Commercial Litigation Probate and Administration Estate Planning

Nina is the owner and founder of Law Office of Nina Khaimova, PC. In 2019, Nina set out to create a law firm founded on honesty, integrity, and accessibility. Her goal is to advance each client’s interests within the bounds of the law.

Nina graduated from St. John’s University in 2008 with Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies, Magna Cum Laude. Subsequent to obtaining her Bachelor’s degree, she attended Touro Law Center, where she earned her Juris Doctorate degree in 2012.

Nina has a family of 5 children and a loving and supportive husband who plays a big part in her career from beginning to today.
