216: The Comstock Theories

In episode 216, Marq and Beth go full *National Treasure* on the mysterious closure and equally baffling return of The Legends of the Wild West in Fort Comstock—Was it budget cuts? Dust allergies ? Or just DLP's way of generating a bit of news for us poor Disney podcasters ?

At any rate, it's back now and Beth is going to be OK.

Then, we pivot to other critical debates: the best (and *worst*) ways to haul your sleep-deprived family to DLP, and whether two days in the park counts as a "vacation" or a "cry for help."

GEMS YOU CAN'T MISS:

Mickey and the Magician: The only place where "abracadabra" actually works - turning overtired parents into wide-eyed believers of Disney magic (for approximately 22 minutes). Even your teenager will crack a smile... though they'll deny it later.

Tower of Terror:** Free adrenaline *and* a life lesson in gravity. Win-win.

LISTENER ASSIGNMENT

Got a wild Fort Comstock theory? A DLP horror story? Proof that the Disneyland Paris train is a time machine? Slip into our DMs. Or block us if you think we're liking your cute dog too much.

⚠️ DISCLAIMER:

This episode was *almost* lost to Riverside recording tech gremlins. If you hear terrifying ghostly echoes, it's just a tortured soul over in Phantom Manor… or Beth screaming into her pillow. We do not recommend that platform for recording your podcast, please send us recommendations for alternative remote recording platforms if you'd like to keep us sane.
