Mindfully Returning To Work After Maternity Leave

Mindfully Returning To Work After Maternity Leave

Alexis sat down with Michelle Tagge for an intimate conversation about her three different postpartum experiences. Michelle is a Pediatric Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, the creator of the Real Food for Real Babies program and is the co-creater of the Real Food for Real Moms Postpartum Prep Guide. Before going back to school for nutrition, Michelle has degrees in Statistics and Data Science, and continues to work part-time in the insurance industry. She returned to her corporate job after a maternity leave with each baby and has a wealth of knowledge to share about what those experiences taught her.

Michelle offers insightful tips, considerations for talking with your employer about different needs you might have, and lessons she’s learned during these transitions. If you’re having a baby and planning to return to work, you do not want to miss this episode!
