For today's episode of "Harder to Breathe'', host and founding drummer of "Maroon 5" Ryan Dusick is joined by co-host and actor Brian "Duck" Maillard to share a fantastic conversation with Jenna Andrews: musician, songwriter, and producer for the the likes of icons such as BTS, Drake, Jennifer Lopez, Tori Kelly, and so many more.

Having gotten started as a musician herself, Jenna has the unique vantage point of understanding both the artistic and administrative aspects of finding success in the music industry… and on the flipside, she knows what it's like to find herself in the middle of a Panic Attack in the middle of an important session.

The three have an instant connection, perhaps most epitomized by their shared agreement that all aspects of life, whether intentionally planned or otherwise, have the ability to come back to serve you in a greater purpose down the road. Yes, even dealing with anxiety.

Ryan, Duck, and Jenna all agree that perceptions surrounding mental health have improved from where they used to be… but that there is also still a long way to go. The challenge is especially prevalent in positions of leadership. Thankfully, through Jenna's "The Green Room Talks" Podcast, and hopefully through our own "Harder to Breathe" Podcast as well, more and more people will consider honesty and vulnerability not as a liability but instead, as a useful tool for human connection, sympathy, and understanding.
