26:30 Fast Five Recipe – Barbecue Ribs from Mitch Blakeley at Pedroncelli Winery.
Ingredients: Barbecue Ribs, cayenne pepper, black pepper, honey, and sriracha sauce for the glaze.
Directions: Cook on outdoor grill slow at 250-300 degrees for 4-6 hours if indoors in oven 2.5 to 5 hours at 275. Slow and low is the way to go. Slather with the sauce. Pair with Pedroncelli Mother Clone Zinfandel.
