CCR 142: Second Coming of the New Age w/ Peck & Bancarz

THE RETURN OF THE NEW AGE? The Word of God tells us in Ecclesiastes 1:9 that there is nothing new under the sun. So what exactly is the message behind the new age movement? And why are its philosophies, practices, and rituals being introduced to millions of Christians across America, and the rest of western civilization? We’ve seen mainstream popular culture has been standardized by a western version of eastern esoteric and mystical traditions. And while it may appear harmless on the surface, these cultural developments have also crept into the church, just as Jude 1:4 states. “For certain people have crept in unnoticed who long ago were designated for this condemnation, ungodly people, who pervert the grace of our God into sensuality and deny our only Master and Lord, Jesus Christ.”

And as more people have paranormal and supernatural experiences that can be explained by new age ideas, it will be evermore vital for the followers of Jesus Christ to be vigilant, watchful, and informed so as to be able to withstand the fiery darts of the wicked.
