Meditation Monday: Just Let Go

My loves, welcome to a new week and another Meditation Monday.

Each week, I will bring you a short meditation to set yourself up for the week ahead. You can revisit this meditation throughout the week as many times as you like.

✦Today's meditation will help you to take inspiration from nature - and just let go. ✦

This week we have Halloween, the cross quarter festival that asks you to consciously make the effort to shed and release all that has ended and been completed, allowing it to gently die and fall away, so that you can create space for new opportunities and possibilities when it's time to be reborn. This meditation helps you to draw inspiration from nature all around you, with the leaves falling from the trees, inspiring you to also just let go. 🍁
