Episode 07: Sarah K. Rossington / ”Krishna core & Alanon”

Sarah is a straight edge Krishna core devotee and a member of Alanon. In this episode, Sarah shares about her journey in KC and how she got there.

She has a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling & School Counseling, and specializes on disordered eating and substance use disorders. mindfulness, movement therapy, and adventure-based counseling.

She also has a Master's in Art Art Education from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago and Eastern Michigan University. In addition, she is a holistic health coach from the Institute of Integrated Nutrition, with over 25 years of experience. Recently, she completed a 200-hour yoga certification.
