Michael Yardley was born in Denmark and educated in England, Switzerland and the US. He has a psychology degree from London University, conducted post-graduate research into direct action and terrorism at the LSE, and is also a graduate of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. Michael is well known as a security and sporting journalist, often broadcasting on these topics. The author of 10 books and 2 millions words of journalism, he is active as a film-maker too and has been involved in several documentaries exploring the assassinations of John F Kennedy and RFK, including the replication of the infamous shots that killed JFK.
