Caryn with Meredith Holley on Healthy Workplaces & Protecting Your Career

Today's episode features my friend, Meredith Holley. She's a lawyer, life coach, and the founder of Eris Conflict Resolution. The work that she's doing in the world is so unique and important - I can't wait to share it with you!

Meredith is a cultural health expert who helps employees stop toxic work environments and sexual harassment without losing their jobs. Her practice is very client-focused and explores the myriad of options that are available in situations where it can often feel like there aren't any good ones.

The problems we can face in the workplace are serious (especially for folks who hold a marginalized identity). But, there is hope.
The stories Meredith shares, about her own and some of her clients' experiences, are a great example.
