186: Be Loud

"If you chose it, go for it!"

It's your job to talk about what it is you're great at so people will know. What do you need to do to be loud (louder than is probably comfortable)?

That's what we're talking about today.

I want you to feel the impact of getting to do the amount of work you're here to do, for the people you're here to do it for, especially, because there are plenty of people out there being loud who suck at what they do - and you don't.

Hiding out and hoping for the best is not a strategy, and it's a bummer because then we all miss out!
