188: Your Signature Story with Katja Pischel

188: Your Signature Story with Katja Pischel

In today's episode, I am joined by Katja Pischel (a tech industry veteran, entrepreneurial founder, storytelling expert, and best-selling author), who is on a mission to help female entrepreneurs tell their stories.

Everybody has a story worth telling. And, especially as entrepreneurs, being able to share it in a compelling and inspiring way creates credibility and trust - as evidenced by this episode.

"Life is never going stop happening to, with, and for us, so how can we (with self-compassion) be in what is vs. constantly fighting with reality and resisting it, thinking we should be somewhere we're not, faster than we're going, with different results?"

Listen in and be inspired.

Then, grab Katja's Signature Story Blueprint: https://bridgebuilderforchange.com/signature-story-blueprint-founders/

And her book, And Then Life Happened.

As a former senior executive in the tech industry with a start-up background, Katja has seen again and again that at a certain point in time, successful female leaders ask themselves: “What’s next?” and “What do I really want to do with my precious time?”.

In 2014, this question marked the beginning of her own entrepreneurial journey that led her to leave Microsoft at the peak of her corporate career and start BRIDGE-BUILDER FOR CHANGE.

Today, Katja is on a mission to accompany >1000 senior female leaders from corporate on their way to start their own (part-time) business, redefining success and happiness on their terms. She helps them build their brand and signature story as entrepreneurs, define their clear position in the marketplace, and develop scalable offers they can sell with ease. As Germany’s TOP Personal Branding Expert for female leaders in tech, Katja has worked with over 300 leaders and senior professionals, helping them build and communicate their brand for more visibility and effectiveness, ultimately creating the career they deserve.

She is the author of the bestselling book And Then Life Happened. By bringing together the inspiring, real-life stories of seven powerful women from five countries and three continents (including her own), this book has been created to help women navigate their own health crises while continuing to advance their careers or lead their businesses, and live with purpose.

When Katja isn’t working, you’ll find her on top of a mountain hiking or skiing, at the beach in Sardinia, reading a book, or on her meditation cushion – practicing the art of equanimity.
