DIDDY VERDICT WATCH: Defense Claims Violent Attacks Just 'Homemade Porn'

DIDDY VERDICT WATCH: Defense Claims Violent Attacks Just 'Homemade Porn'

The lead attorney for Diddy's powerhouse defense team closes with mixed reviews, as the disgraced rap mogul appears focused, glancing at the juror box as jury instructions are laid out before deliberations begin.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ lead attorney, Marc Agnifilo, mocks the sex trafficking case in closing arguments, saying the charges ‘badly exaggerated’ evidence of a swinger lifestyle and threesomes with recreational drug use.

Judge Arun Subramanian admonishes Agnifilo after his heavy victim- and state-blaming sarcastic closing arguments. Agnifilo calls Combs’ prosecution a “fake trial” and ridicules the notion the rap mogul ever engaged in racketeering. Even rival rapper 50 Cent weighs in about closing arguments by Combs' powerhouse defense lead, calling out Diddy's lawyer over controversial closing arguments: "They Did Him Dirty."

As soon as deliberations began, they hit a snag, as one juror apparently can’t follow the judge’s instructions, according to other jurors. Jurors sent the judge a note complaining that one juror may not be playing well with others. With that said, Diddy's jury has a lot to ponder and work through on understanding RICO laws, as another question, making it the second one, is being sent to the judge.

These notes appear to signify the jurors are taking their service duty seriously.
