Look through your heart, hear through your heart. Then have the courage to believe that it is so. So many spirits are all around our earthly bodies wanting to connect with us, wanting to remember. Allow yourself to see them. Animals are most like us. They are gentle and quiet. They are scared to be here on earth, but they trust that they are here for a reason and so are we.

Just trust. Just trust that everything is just as it should be. Spirit understands and loves us anyway. Find peace among the noise, in the quiet of your heart. That is spirit, that is healing, that is remembering in all of us. The womb. Love, love, love. The courage to believe that you, meaning everyone, can remember.”
