Defying the Odds: Being an Entrepreneur with a Disability
What do you do when people have constantly doubted you? How do you rise above it? On this week's episode, we sit down with Charles Held, a founder who has been doubted from birth, when he was diagnosed with a physical disability making doctors believe that he wouldn’t surpass a few years of life. However, Charles persisted, and since then he has not only survived life but has become a strong entrepreneur with goals to change the fashion and footwear industries.

Revolutionizing Fit Tech and Footwear
Through ShoeFitr, Charles has taken multiple problems within the fashion industry and worked to solve them through fit tech. Developing a program that allows you to measure your shoe size prior to ordering, accessibility and sustainability are achieved causing shoe brands to rethink the way they view fit tech and fashion technology as a whole. Being a father while simultaneously embarking on the entrepreneurial journey, he works to inspire his daughter to think on a global level and make an impact on the world.
