I'm joined by Daniel Pillai, the Head Bitch in Charge (or the President & CEO, if we want to use technical terms) of Langton PR - a public relations & creative agency in Toronto, Canada.

Daniel came from a cultural background where he was expected to become a doctor/lawyer/engineer, marry a woman, and live a nice, traditional life. So when he came out as gay, started a career in TV, and eventually became the CEO of a PR firm, I guess we can say he broke a cultural norm or two. Daniel shares his journey of self-discovery, navigating fear & imposter syndrome, and what happens when you work in female-dominated spaces.
