When You're Struggling

In today's episode of Intuition Academy I’m going to be talking about what I do when I’m feeling particularly low and am having a hard time plugging back into my spiritual practices. If you’ve listened to my episode about my reflections on 2024 you’ll know that I was struggling for a good portion of that year within my spiritual practice and was “tapped out” of the work and feeling rather uncomfortable for a lot of that time period. So today I thought it would be fun to talk about what to do when you’re feeling that way and how to get back into alignment from a low place.

This will be a really good listen if you ever feel like you’re struggling and can’t reach a level of alignment that you’ve been able to in the past. Maybe you feel depressed, sad, angry, unmotivated, exhausted, or burnt out - really any low level emotional state that seems to have a grip on you. If you find yourself there today, then this episode is for you, but even if that’s not you today you can always bookmark this episode and come back to it at a time in the future when you may need it.
