Fuentes dijeron que los intrusos llegaron a entrar a los archivos de la DNIC, pero las autoridades aseguran que no hubo daños El hacker Alberto Hill aseguró que el ciberataque a la Dirección Nacional de Identificación Civil (DNIC) no fue un hecho aislado y que la información que fue robada al Ministerio de Defensa en enero, ahora se vende al mejor postor. Hill, que trabajó para el Estado hasta el año 2016, dijo en Informativo Sarandí que el país está muy mal en controles de seguridad y eso hace que esté expuestos a ataques. Fuentes allegadas al organismo dijeron que los intrusos llegaron a entrar a los archivos de la DNIC. Mientras, las autoridades aseguran que no hubo daños, pero que los expertos aseguran que sí llegaron a copiar archivos. Por su parte, la senadora del Frente Amplio Silvia Nane anunció que el miércoles presentará un pedido de informes urgente al Ministerio del lnterior ante este hackeo.

El hecho de no mencionar jamas que se trataba de un delito imposible al no haberse tenido en ningun momento una direccion de pago para la supuesta extorsion es un detalle que no es para nada menor y hace una gran diferencia en el caso. No importa si el mail fue envidado por un Ruso, por Alberto Hill, o por Santiago Paz. Lo que importa es que nuestro codigo penal contempla lo denominado "delito imposible", algo que no es considerado delito y en el caso del circulo catolico, estamos ante esta figura. Porque ese dato nunca fue suministrado a la justicia? Es algo de que lo supieron en todo momento pero lo omitieron en el momento que deberian haberlo informado a la justica para tomar resoluciones ajustadas a dereche, con informacion relevante y que por no haberlo hecho, caso que la justicia tomara resoluciones basadas en informacion que no contenia elementos clave para el caso.
