Breast Medicine: Alchemise Shame and Start Loving Your Breasts + FREE Breast Massage Meditation

Breast Medicine: Alchemise Shame and Start Loving Your Breasts + FREE Breast Massage Meditation

This episode is a call to arms.

From our early adolescent years, we are socially conditioned to be at war with our own bodies, never really feeling at home, connected, relaxed, and anchored into deep self love of our physical form.

This robs us of our energy, our power, and our time here on this planet.

Learning how to cultivate full body acceptance and love for our bodies is not taught to us. Learning the basics of our pleasure anatomy is not offered in our educational systems. This is by design.

Join me as I offer my personal prayer to the essential act of resistance to the cultural narrative of perfection that all women subconsciously measure themselves against.

This episode is my call to arms for all women to begin the necessary and powerful work of learning how to really love the body you're in.

This is my love letter to all of our breasts, and all that they have carried, and beared, and experienced.

May it light a fire in you that cannot be extinguished, that burns with the remembrance of your innate beauty, power, and magic, that fuels your capacity to resist and defy any narrative that seeks to diminish the certainty that your body is sacred.
