How You Can Get Your Intimate Life to Thrive

Today I'm inviting you think about your intimate life like a living ecosystem, one that needs the elements of safety, love, and connection to truly thrive and flourish.

You'll be invited to experience a guided embodiment practice that gently brings you back into your body and allows for an exploration of what the elements are that you're own unique intimate ecology requires for you to feel into your fullest expression.

I also share how much society has influenced the way you might think about intimacy, often in ways that don't actually serve you. Today I encourage you to question those old beliefs, explore what you really want, and start reclaiming your connection to your body, without guilt, shame, or apology.

I'm also introducing you to the Sensual Activation Suite, a powerful collection of embodiment meditations designed to help you reconnect with your sensuality and spark that sense of self-love that might’ve gotten buried under daily life. You can find the link to it below.

This episode is perfect if you’ve been feeling a little disconnected from intimacy or stuck in your head lately.
