Whose Peace Are You Keeping? Reclaiming Midlife As a Radical Reorientation.

Whose Peace Are You Keeping? Reclaiming Midlife As a Radical Reorientation.

Grab yourself a cuppa and let’s dive into something that’s been on my heart lately, midlife. I’m talking about midlife, not as a crisis point, but as a radical reorientation.

This is a soul-level conversation about what it really means to reach this stage of life. Because if you’re anything like me (and so many women I know), you’ve spent years putting everyone else’s needs before your own. Keeping the peace, holding it all together, making sure everyone’s okay… even if it meant you weren’t.

Sound familiar?

In this intimate chat, I open up about my own journey, what I’ve learned, what I’m still learning, and how this point in our lives can be an incredible portal and invitation to come home to ourselves.

Midlife, especially as we move through perimenopause, is a powerful threshold. It asks us to let go of old ways of coping and to uncover what we really want, what brings us pleasure, what lights us up, and what feels truly aligned.

Today I'm also sharing a little about my upcoming masterclass, The Anatomy of Pleasure, where I’ll guide you into a reorientation and rebirth into your most powerful era, filled with pleasure, connection, and self-love, AND teach you the science backed tools, practices and knowledge to get there.

Because pleasure is your birthright, and it’s time we start living like we believe that.
