Reprogram Your Brain to Achieve Any Goal with John Assaraf

Reprogram Your Brain to Achieve Any Goal with John Assaraf

How can we take control of our brains so as to achieve any goal we desire? John Assaraf will be known to most people through his starring role in 'The Secret', as well as his series of neuroscience-based programs, books and consultancy work. In this episode, he joins Angela to talk about how we can train our brains and reprogram our way of thinking in order to maximise the gains we can make each day. KEY TAKEAWAYS Society is gradually conditioning us to use less of our brains, by religiously mapping out what life should look like. We are endlessly complicated beings and our minds are able to achieve far more. It's not enough to think that if we believe then we will achieve. We must add the law of GOYA, which essentially tells us that if we want something, then we have to do the right thing at the right time in the right order. There is no more powerful motivator than vision. If we can truly see the points at which we wish to reach, then we are far more likely to achieve them. We have 100 billion cells in our brains, all emitting a frequency. If we are energy and our thoughts and emotions activate a frequency, then we must consider whether we are tuning into chaos or coherence. BEST MOMENTS 'We've become hypnotised by what society expects us to achieve' 'We don't want to force because force negates' 'Are we tuning into chaos or coherence?' 'You are the conductor. If you let the instruments dictate to you, then okay - suffer' EPISODE RESOURCES John Assaraf - https://www.johnassaraf.com Brainathon - www.brainathon123.com VALUABLE RESOURCES Take My Biohacking Quiz and Get A Free Personalised Report - www.yourtotalhealthcheck.comBecome an Insider of The Female Biohacker Collective and have Angela as Your Health Coach in Your Pocket - www.femalebiohacker.comFree Fasting Guide - www.angelafosterperformance.com/fastingPodcast Shownotes - www.angelafosterperformance.com/podcasts Thanks to our Sponsor: Bon Charge - Get 20% off at www.boncharge.com/Angela ABOUT THE GUEST John Assaraf is one of the leading high-performance, success coaches in the world.
