Impermanence

Impermanence

The Buddha once said, “Nothing is permanent, except change.” In many ways, impermanence is the nature of life. This is a comforting truth when we're experiencing something unpleasant but perhaps not so reassuring when we're having a great time. In this episode, I'll share a short story that illustrates the importance of being able to accept that all things are subject to change. Of course we'll meditate before getting into the story.
