Orange Park is a is a suburb of Jacksonville in Florida. It’s a popular area for families to raise their children, away from the hustle and bustle of city life over in Jacksonville. The 19th of October, 2009, started out as a quiet day for the local police department as they patrolled the well-kept neighbourhoods. At around 4PM, however, a frantic woman flagged a patrol officer down, and exclaimed that her daughter had gone missing.
