Ep. 40 - More Sex or More Intimacy?

Let's talk about Libido... in particular, how do we overcome libido discrepancy? (i.e.: when one partner wants more sex than the other.) While we are at it, let's take it a step further and throw parenting, life, and a little kink into the mix! In this episode, I'm going to address an insightful question from a follower concerning how to talk to their partner about the tough subject of getting more sex when one partner isn't feeling it. I also take you on a deep dive into a conflict resolution technique called "The Imago Dialogue" (and how it can be used as check-in method for D/s dynamics), how this fits in with creating more responsive desire, as well as teach you how to find what your inner self actually needs from sex. I'll also give actionable steps to reframe what pleasure is, and build a container of safety that will help partners connect on a deeper level, even when sex isn't on the menu! Let's get going!
