Learning Objectives

1. Compare contraceptive options—including OCPs, LARC, and vasectomy—based on patient-specific factors, access to resources, and clinical context.

2. Demonstrate strategies for integrating equitable, patient-centered contraceptive counseling into practice, regardless of resource setting or personal provider beliefs.

3. Select appropriate oral contraceptive formulations based on individual patient needs, comorbidities, and preferences.
