Julie Thayer is an international best-selling author of her book Reclaimed and I help women overcome pain, reclaim their lives, and feel good again.

She will share her powerful and empowered story of being an empath, intuitive, and introverted, growing up as a high achiever athlete competing for OS. It was all connected to the results, to perform on a high level and the pressure she felt from the inside. She developed an eating disorder.

• Julie was an athlete swimmer while growing up and, she did not align with being that.
