Bringing you back to your heart with Sinead McKee

Today’s guest is the amazing Sinead McKee.

Sinead is a mental health advocate, holistic prationer, creative and speaker who facilates 1-1 and wellness embodied workshops around the world.

One of Sineads passions is working with children and teenagers. As a previous teacher she now facilitates workshops in schools with

students to help them disconnect from devices and reconnect with thier mind and body. She guides them through body practices that nurture their wellbeing and teaches them self regulation tools.

She embodies this work and leads with love as she guides others back to their heart, helping them connect deeply with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and find their true north.

Currently studying both dance and psychotherapy, Sinead weaves movement, sound healing, and compassionate presence into everything she does, whether it’s one-on-one sessions, group sound baths, or immersive workshops.

She embodies the practices she teaches, leading from the heart with profound trust, faith, and a willingness to always take the next step.

Today, she’s here to share with us her journey of going back to her roots and connecting with her inner child, overcoming burnout, the importance of merging the mind,body and soul and just shares all her emobodied wisdom straight from her big open heart, helping us to reconnect, restore, and realign.
