Episode 11 invites our sacred guest Massimo,

Massimo Mercuri was born in Italy, lived and studied in Mexico and the US. Returned to Europe around 2009, his family lives in seven countries. Started from scratch and moved up to executive three times during the last thirty years, then last year his life suddenly changed.

Diagnosed with a tumor, he had multiple blockages in the arteries and a prion. Considering the options for treatments and surgeries, he opted for changing his lifestyle dramatically and got back to a healthy lifestyle in a holistic way, treating his body, mind, and spirit as the highest priority. Based on this he began experimenting with treatment which includes yoga, meditation, diet, homeopathy exercise, and some life hacks.

The path to health is demanding, confusing, unknown, and expensive. From preparing the food, eating at specific times, doing anti-stress routines, meditating, and exercising. He believes that all of these activities prevent people from getting sick which often comes from keeping up with demanding jobs.
