Mathias and Tanja dive into the topic of vulnerability and it's most men's least favorite topic... we get it.

Some men would say "OK vulnerability is not as important as authenticity. I think authenticity is important!


But let's unpack this: in order to be authentic to yourself… First you have to know yourself.


Second of all, you are an evolving being and so from one perspective "being authentic" you might be authentic to a way you existed before or a way of being… But in authentic in a way that you are growing into that is less familiar to you...


And it's easy to communicate from those places that we feel sure and confident...


But is much more difficult to be in, and communicate from, those places where you might feel unsure… Or unformed, or at risk. Or even worse… From a place of being completely undone...

And that's where the true jiuce of life lives!
