Mega Edition: Stacey Plaskett's Rule 11 Motion Is Denied And A Look At Her Deposition (8/21/25)

In July 2024, Delegate Stacey Plaskett filed a lawsuit under Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure seeking sanctions against the attorney representing six survivors of Jeffrey Epstein’s abuse. Plaskett argued that the amended lawsuit against her was frivolously filed, lacked any factual or legal foundation, and was intended to harass rather than pursue a legitimate legal claim. She sought sanctions to penalize and deter what she viewed as a baseless and politically motivated suit.

However, the court denied her Rule 11 motion, concluding that the survivors’ filing was neither frivolous nor made for improper purposes. The ruling underscored that the suit was grounded in sufficient factual and legal claims, and that the plaintiffs’ allegations merited judicial consideration rather than sanctions. In essence, the denial affirmed that the litigation could proceed on substantive grounds.

In the released segment of her May 9, 2023 deposition, Stacey Plaskett was pressed on her awareness of Jeffrey Epstein’s role in the Virgin Islands and the extent of his influence with local officials and institutions. The questioning focused on whether she had knowledge of Epstein’s financial relationships, his political donations, or his contacts with Virgin Islands leadership during the period when he was operating in the territory. Plaskett largely distanced herself from Epstein, stating that she had no direct involvement with him and little knowledge of his activities beyond what was publicly known.

Attorneys also asked Plaskett about government oversight, her interactions with agencies connected to Epstein’s business holdings, and whether she had ever received benefits, contributions, or favors traceable to Epstein or his companies. In the available transcript, she denied having such connections and emphasized that she was not involved in decisions related to Epstein’s finances or residency. While limited to roughly 25 pages, the deposition underscores how central Virgin Islands political figures were to JPMorgan’s defense and the USVI’s allegations—whether officials ignored red flags about Epstein or knowingly permitted him to operate.

Jeffrey Epstein's Estate And It's Alleged Transparency Problems

Jeffrey Epstein's Estate And It's Alleged Transparency Problems

Shortly after Jeffrey Epstein’s death in August 2019, he signed a will on August 9 bequeathing his estimated $577 million fortune into a trust known as the “1953 Trust.” Critics quickly raised concerns that this late-stage move was designed to obscure the identities of beneficiaries and delay or complicate restitution efforts for survivors. The structure of the trust created an additional legal barrier—accusers would need to court’s permission to pierce the trust and prove their claims before accessing assets, potentially prolonging the process by years and limiting immediate redress.Additionally, a U.S. judge rebuked the estate for keeping Epstein’s victims uninformed about the creation and implications of the compensation fund set up in his estate. The lack of transparency surrounding the fund’s establishment and the terms imposed on claimants—including broad releases that protected Epstein’s associates—fueled accusations that the estate was prioritizing secrecy and shielding money from accusers.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.

Dr. Michael Baden Questions The Results Of The OIG Report Into Epstein's Death

Dr. Michael Baden Questions The Results Of The OIG Report Into Epstein's Death

Dr. Michael Baden, a veteran forensic pathologist hired by Jeffrey Epstein’s brother to oversee the autopsy, sharply criticized the U.S. Department of Justice Inspector General’s (OIG) report, which affirmed the official finding that Epstein’s death was a suicide due to “negligence and misconduct” by prison staff. Baden called the report “ridiculous” and accused investigators of ignoring key forensic evidence inconsistent with hanging—particularly multiple fractures in Epstein’s neck, such as to the hyoid and thyroid cartilage, which he asserted are exceedingly rare in suicidal hangings based on decades of experience. He emphasized that he was not consulted during the OIG’s investigation, despite his presence at the autopsy, arguing that a thorough probe would have considered these anomalies. The OIG’s report, released in June 2023, concluded that systemic failures—such as guards falsifying records, broken cameras, lack of proper inmate monitoring, and protocol breaches—enabled Epstein to take his own life. It upheld the medical examiner’s suicide ruling and found no evidence of foul play. However, Baden’s dissent, rooted in those distinct injuries and procedural exclusion, has reignited public skepticism and conspiracy theories around Epstein’s death. The divide underscores the tension between institutional conclusions and unresolved forensic questions that continue to haunt this high-profile case.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Forensic Pathologist Slams Dept. Jeffrey Epstein Was Not A Spy According To His Good Pal Alan Dershowitz

Jeffrey Epstein Was Not A Spy According To His Good Pal Alan Dershowitz

Alan Dershowitz, Epstein’s former attorney, has firmly rejected allegations that Epstein worked for any intelligence agency, such as Mossad or the CIA. In an op‑ed for The Wall Street Journal, Dershowitz stated unequivocally that Epstein never served as a spy—asserting that if he had, he and the rest of Epstein’s legal team would have seized on that information to negotiate a more favorable deal. He also dismissed conspiracy theories surrounding Epstein’s death, reaffirming that the available evidence supports suicide and warning against sensationalist speculation. In addition, Dershowitz clarified there was never a “client list” compiled by Epstein; although the FBI interviewed alleged victims who named several individuals, those names are sealed, and none reportedly include current public officials. He emphasized that many Epstein-related conspiracy theories lack factual basis and urged reliance on verified evidence rather than gossip. To contact me:Bobbycapucci@protonmail.comSource:https://www.newsweek.com/jeffrey-epstein-was-not-spy-says-former-lawyer-alan-dershowitz-1526519Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.

Jeffrey Epstein And His 'Secret Girlfriend' (9/4/25)

Shelley Anne Lewis, a children’s book author and self-styled “spiritual entrepreneur,” was reportedly Epstein’s girlfriend from around 1999 to 2002. In the “Epstein Files,” she appears under the nickname "Chocolate Sauce," and even ran a publishing venture called Chocolate Sauce Books and a wellness venture called Sacred Space in NYC. Though prosecutors believe Epstein may have acted as a mentor to her, Lewis has not been accused of wrongdoing. She remains a person of interest for investigators hoping she might have information relevant to victims’ compensation or ongoing inquiries.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Everything you need to know about Jeffrey Epstein's alleged secret girlfriendBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.

Jeffrey Epstein And The Girls With No Names (Part 3) (9/4/25)

Jeffrey Epstein And The Girls With No Names (Part 3) (9/4/25)

Jeffrey Epstein’s empire was not only built on money and connections but on silence. Alongside Jean-Luc Brunel, he deliberately targeted vulnerable girls from Eastern Europe and South America, knowing cultural shame, disbelief, and poverty would keep them voiceless. Promised modeling careers, housekeeping jobs, or education, these young women instead found themselves trapped, their passports taken, their dignity stolen, and their futures erased. Epstein weaponized entire societies against them, understanding that in many cultures, speaking out meant exile, ridicule, or dishonor. Their silence was not incidental—it was the very architecture of his abuse.Even in death, Epstein’s greatest weapon endures. While some survivors bravely stepped forward, countless nameless victims remain erased from the story, still carrying the silence he engineered. Their absence is not a void—it is evidence of crimes too vast to ever be fully told. Justice has been partial, selective, sanitized, and until the world acknowledges the invisible victims, Epstein’s legacy of silence still shields him. The loudest scream in this story is the one we cannot hear, and if we forget it, then Epstein wins again.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.

Morning Update: America’s Reckoning With the Epstein Files According To Brad Edwards (9/4/25)

In his remarks, Edwards emphasized that the government has been withholding key documents that could shed light on Jeffrey Epstein’s crimes. He explained that much of the evidence gathered—through lawsuits against Epstein, his estate, and involved financial institutions—is shielded behind protective orders, confidentiality agreements, and bank secrecy laws. Because of this, even though survivors and their attorneys have seen the documents, the broader public has not and “when you see the documents, you're going to be appalled.” He framed the push for a congressional discharge petition—aiming to force a vote to release the files—as essential to ensuring Americans can finally see what has been hiddenEdwards also called on lawmakers to make clear that no records should remain off limits—not from the DOJ, FBI, CIA, or financial regulators. “While we have seen the documents, you haven’t,” he said, underlining that public transparency is critical. His tone conveyed both urgency and frustration: the survivors have suffered twice—first by Epstein, then by being left in the dark by institutions meant to protect them. He stressed that the country deserves full access to these documents so that “evil” and “corruption,” which thrive in secrecy, can finally be exposed.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Epstein victims' lawyer says unreleased documents leave public 'appalled' | Fox NewsBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.
