Scott Bloom is the Director of Secondary Curriculum and Instruction for the Piqua City School District. He has served as a high school principal and was a biology and Anatomy/Physiology teacher in a variety of school districts. The City of Piqua is a community of 21,000 located north of Dayton, Ohio.
