Stacie & Kennedy Elwood: Like Mother, Like Daughter When It Comes to Hands-On Learning

Stacie Elwood has been a sports medicine and Project Lead the Way (PLTW) Biomedical Science teacher at Ashley Ridge High School in Summerville, South Carolina for the past 14 years. She brings her experience as a certified athletic trainer and love of medicine to the classroom. She strives to provide her students with opportunities that will connect classroom content to the real world. Her goal is to create confidence and a strong knowledge base that will equip students in becoming future health professionals and/or medical care representatives for their family.
